In this tour you will explore the historic centre of Lisbon and learn about its history and monuments as well as trying the delicious custard tarts and the traditional "ginja" drink.
On this tour you explore the heart of the historic centre of Lisbon. By visiting the main squares and seeing the sites, seeing fabulous views from different viewpoints, exploring the oldest neighbourhood in Lisbon and one of the oldest in Europe - Alfama. Passing through the Comércio square and soaking in the view of the river right in front of it before finishing off in the iconic Chiado neighbourhood with the fancy boutique shops and historic cafés and passing by the Carmo square where the revolution ended with a final viewpoint from the Santa Justa elevator overlooking the city centre.

    Entrance to Sé Cathedral is not included - adults 5 euros, children from 7-12, 3 euros
    Entrance to Santa Justa elevator is not included. 5,30 euros return trip
    Entrance to Carmo convent is not included. Adults 7 euros, Seniors/students 5 euros
    Entrance to Rua Augusta arch not included, 3 euros for adutls

    • It is possible to do the tour on a wheelchair or with a baby carriage, although there are areas with steps like in Alfama where you will have to carry the child/person.
    • If you are very unfit I would advise against. Lisbon has 7 hills, you will be walking up and down for about 5 km.
